    PREREQUISITES

    Applicants for the program must:

    •Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
    • have completed Divemaster ISSF, Advanced Nitrox Diver 42 or equivalent from another training agency and skills related to the above program levels.
    • Must submit a Medical History form confirming no contraindications for diving instructor training.
    • Have spent a minimum of 150 hours underwater, including at least 30 dives below 33 meters.

    WITHOUT SCUBA AND ABC EQUIPMENT

    1. 400m freestyle swimming without stopping (stop = fail).

    2. Treading the water for 15 minutes (no swimming or support), the last 2 minutes with hands above the water surface.

    ABC SET (3 – pass)

    1. 800m swimming with snorkeling equipment (during this exercise the candidates have to swim with their face in the water, breathing with the snorkel, each length of the pool starts by submerging underwater, then swimming underwater the distance of 1/3 of the pool length, after surfacing, without stopping, clears the snorkel of the water).
